Caramelized Onion Marmalade

Ingredients:
-500 grams of onion
-Balsamic vinegar
-Brown sugar, about 50 grams

As always, we will begin to caramelize the onion, for what we are going to peel the onions and cut them into thin strips, to facilitate the process of caramelization.
