Caramelized Onion with goat cheese


Learn how to prepare a wonderful caramelized onion with cheese of goat thanks to this recipe. It is an ideal recipe to take as an appetizer or Starter, as well as being easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

-Onion jam, 300 grams
-Table salt
-Goat's cheese in slices
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Sugar, 30-40 grams
-Wine vinegar


Preparation:

This combination of goat cheese and Caramelized Onion is a recipe that has quite successfully in recent times, since it is a great way to prepare some snacks or starters, by placing the cheese of goat on a bun and covering it with caramelized onions. We teach you how to make it at home easily.

We'll prepare the onion caramelized, peeling and finely cut onions, better if you do in juliana. Once you have it well cut, we will go through a pan with very hot olive oil, and sauté it until it starts to pocharse. When it is tender and almost transparent, add the sugar and stir well. Let the skillet slowly, and observe as the sugar will go melting, what will make that the onion turns brown and be gaining a sweet taste.

While just caramelize the onion, we will cut the goat cheese. This cheese you can buy it at any grocery store, sell it in small or larger packages so you can buy it according to the quantity you need. Cut it into slices of about one centimeter in thickness.

Place slices of goat cheese on a few rolls that most like us, although we recommend ones that are not too thick, because I want to serve as a basis to the other ingredients but not very large. And on the cheese we'll throwing a portion of hot caramelized onion, so the cheese should melt a bit. Serve quickly to eat hot.
